The Legal Stuff

Please take your time to read through our terms and conditions before you book with us. If you still have questions take a look at our frequently asked questions page here or contact us on Facebook.

Our aim is to offer a fun, friendly and professional service. We understand that if you are booking us for any of our products it is normally for a special occasion. Our customer service and professionalism will always be the most important factor in our business no matter how big or small we become. Below is a list of promises we make to you our customers.

  • We will honor all bookings made with us (or help you find an alternative supplier in the event of an emergency)
  • We will remain competitively priced.
  • We will not charge you a cancellation fee* (terms apply)
  • We hold full public liability insurance (certificate can be seen on request)
  • We are registered with HM Revenue and Customs as a legitimate business.
  • Our equipment will be fully serviced, clean and safe.
  • Our delivery team will be punctual, polite and friendly.

In return we expect our customers to treat us with the same respect that we treat you. We will not tolerate abusive behavior to our staff, malicious damage to our equipment or slanderous comments made on social media platforms.

*we appreciate that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel a booking please call us as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Unfortunately if you have booked a hot tub for a bank holiday or over the Christmas and New Year period and we have taken a deposit we will not refund this.

Hot Tubs Terms and Conditions.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a written message, email or verbal confirmation from us.
  • You must be able to prove you live at the address the hot tub is being delivered if required. (utility bill, council tax bill etc)
  • You must provide us with a clean, safe area of 2.5 meters x 2.5 meters for us to install the hot tub.
  • The area the hot tub is situated must be secure.
  • Pet’s must be kept away from the hot tub at all times.
  • The hot tub must be left switched on for the full period of your hire unless permission has been granted by one of our team to switch it off.
  • We must be able to gain access and have access to an electrical point when we arrive to pick up the hot tub. All equipment including user guides and used filters must be returned to us.
  • You are not permitted to drink and or take illicit substances whilst using the hot tub.
  • Keep the hot tub clean inside and out whilst it is in your possession.
  • No sharp objects (glass, items of jewellery, knives etc) are allowed within close proximity of the hot tubs.
  • All filters must be used whilst the hot tub is in your possession, We must be able to see the inside bottom of the hot tub when we arrive to collect it, if we are unable to due to poor water quality we will keep your deposit.

The above list is not exhaustive and is covered in your user guide and hire agreement. Failure to adhere to any of the above terms may result in us retaining your deposit. All we ask is the hot tub and the equipment we provide is returned to us in the same condition that it arrived at your address. We understand the water may get dirty and that is okay, but vomit, mud and excessive amounts of grass and foodstuffs are not acceptable.

Disco Terms and Conditions.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a written message, email or verbal confirmation from us.
  • receipt requests must be made before the event.
  • Your venue must have suitable access for us to be able to carry large speakers and boxes in.
  • We must have at least 2 plug sockets available within a 3 meter radius of where we will be situated.
  • A table and 2 chairs must be provided for us to use whilst we are there.
  • Nobody is permitted to use our equipment without permission.
  • Any breakages must be paid for on the night.
  • Abusive language or threatening behavior will not be tolerated, we will in the first instance ask for this to stop and make the person who booked the disco aware. After this we will pack away and leave. No refund will be given in these circumstances.

The above list is not exhaustive, all we ask is we are treated with the same respect that we treat you. Our equipment is expensive and because of this we ask that people who maybe a little unsteady on their feet keep a little distance, this stops the risk of spillages. This also apply’s to the little ones pushing on the speaker stands and lighting rig.

Photo Booth Terms and Conditions.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a written message, email or verbal confirmation from us.
  • receipt requests must be made before the event.
  • Your venue must have suitable access and electrical points near to where you want the booth situated.
  • Backdrop requests must be made at least 7 days before the event to enable us to source these if we do not currently stock them.
  • Nobody is permitted to use our equipment without permission.
  • Any breakages must be paid for on the night.
  • Abusive language or threatening behavior will not be tolerated, we will in the first instance ask for this to stop and make the person who booked the photo booth aware. After this we will pack away and leave. No refund will be given in these circumstances.

The same apply’s to the photo booth bookings as it does to the disco’s.
